These terms apply to cruises booked with Akhir Cruise, Via Porto 39, 84121 Salerno on this website, by WhatsApp, phone or email. The details of each cruise (route, times, what's included) are on its page and in your booking confirmation.

Prices are in euros and include the skipper, the hostess and fuel for the route shown. Extras you add when booking (such as meals on board) are charged as shown. Gratuities are optional.
You pay online when you book, through the secure checkout of our booking system. Your booking is confirmed by email.
A shared cruise sails when at least 6 guests in total have booked it. We confirm or cancel it 3 days before departure. If it doesn't sail, you choose: another date, the whole yacht as a private cruise for your group (paying the difference to the private price), or a full refund.
Safety comes first. If the captain cancels the cruise because of the sea or the weather, you choose a new date or a full refund.
The route depends on the sea: the captain may change the order of the stops, or a stop, for safety or comfort.
You get a full refund if you cancel at least 15 days before your cruise. Please write to us to cancel or change a booking.
Cruises are leisure services booked for a specific date, so the 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (Italian Consumer Code, art. 59(1)(n)); the cancellation terms above apply instead.
